Just wanna share another recipe I've been playing with lately. This one is so freaking easy, I promise. You just need a lil bit willing and love, you'll get this done in a blink of an eye. hohoho...

Like I said, this is so freaking easy. Basically all I do is prepare all the ingredients, and combine all of them in a medium bowl. Instead of whisk, I even used an eating spoon when I did this. hahaha
Scoop in prepared moulds, add some cheddar cheese on top if you like, and then bake at 300 for 30 mins.
And there you have them :) yummy~
Cheese muffin
125 gr melted butter
50 ml milk
110 gr sugar
2 eggs
200 gr flour
1 teaspoon bp
75 gr shredded cheese
50 pcs cube cheese (or more)
Chocolate muffin
175 gr flour
25 gr chocolate powder
110 gr sugar
2 eggs
2 teaspoon bp
75 ml milk
50 gr melted butter
50 gr chocolate chip (or more)
